$55.00 per hour Weekend availability is a big need! Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to provide nursing leadership and support daily clinical operations. This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse with supervisory experience who can step in where needed and help ensure quality patient care. Per diem opportunities are available on all shifts, with a strong need for weekend coverage. Weekday and overnight availability is also needed. Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff and daily patient care operations. Help ensure patients receive safe, high-quality care. Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff. Assist with staff coordination and scheduling needs. Monitor compliance with healthcare, safety, and facility standards. Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and other members of the care team. Respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Nursing leadership or supervisory experience required. Strong clinical and patient care skills. Excellent communication and team leadership abilities. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards preferred. BSN or higher preferred. 3+ years of nursing experience preferred. Schedule All shifts available, including: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM 3:00 PM-11:00 PM 11:00 PM-7:00 AM Weekend availability is especially needed.
