RN Supervisor Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our leadership team at Swan Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation in Patchogue, New York. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in establishing a compassionate environment, maintaining documentation of Resident care services, and overseeing LPNs and CNAs. Responsibilities:

Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and their families Maintain documentation of Resident care services by auditing Resident and department records Create appropriate care plans for residents Handle all supervisory duties for assigned units, including overseeing LPNs and CNAs that report to you Help establish and implement employment policies and procedures Maintain the standards of care for the units Administer medication as needed, review Resident records, and monitor the quality of care Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families

Requirements:

Long-term Care experience preferred Valid RN license required 2-4 years of management experience Knowledge of City, State, and Federal regulations pertaining to licensed skilled nursing facilities

Work Schedule:

3pm-11pm Full-time, part-time, holidays, and weekends as needed

Compensation:

$50-$55
