As an RN Supervisor, you'll oversee daily nursing operations, support and develop our nursing staff, ensure quality care, and help create an environment where residents and employees thrive. Ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care. Coordinate staffing and daily nursing operations. Monitor clinical documentation and resident care plans. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Promote infection prevention and resident safety. Respond to resident and family concerns professionally. Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff. Qualifications Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License Current BLS/CPR Certification Previous supervisory experience preferred Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Weekend Premium Pay Friday (3 PM-11 PM & 11 PM-7 AM): $52.50/hour Saturday (All Shifts): $52.50/hour Sunday (All Shifts): $54.25/hour Why Brookmeade?
