Experience with quality improvement and compliance initiatives preferred.
Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification required.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive nursing experience in an ambulatory, primary care, specialty care, hospital, or community health setting required.
Minimum of three (3) years of leadership, supervisory, nurse manager, or equivalent management experience required.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong knowledge of outpatient workflows and multi-site operations.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Education and Experience:
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university required.Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification required.
