Job Details The Nurse Manager provides clinical, operational, financial, and administrative leadership for Procedural Services, including PACU, Endoscopy, Cardiac Catheterization/Electrophysiology (Cath/EP) Lab, and Special Procedures. The Nurse Manager promotes a culture of safety, quality, patient-centered care, employee engagement, shared governance, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. This role partners with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to advance the organization's mission, Journey to Magnet®, and the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) Nurse Manager Competencies. Essential Responsibilities Communication & Relationship Building Builds collaborative relationships with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Promotes employee engagement, shared governance, teamwork, and a healthy work environment. Coaches, mentors, and develops staff and emerging leaders. Champions patient- and family-centered care and service excellence. Knowledge of the Healthcare Environment Ensures safe, evidence-based, high-quality patient care. Leads quality, patient safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Supports the organization's Journey to Magnet® through nursing excellence, professional practice, and specialty certification. Maintains competency and compliance with applicable regulatory and specialty standards. Leadership Provides visible leadership aligned with organizational goals and strategic priorities. Leads change, innovation, and performance improvement initiatives. Uses data to improve quality, patient experience, employee engagement, and operational performance. Fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Professionalism Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and ethical leadership. Business Skills & Principles Oversees daily operations, staffing, scheduling, productivity, and patient throughput. Manages departmental budgets, labor, supplies, and resources. Monitors operational, quality, financial, and patient experience metrics. Supports service line growth, operational excellence, and fiscal stewardship. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of critical care, procedural, perianesthesia, cardiovascular, and endoscopy nursing. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of quality improvement, healthcare finance, workforce management, and regulatory standards. Ability to analyze data, lead change, and achieve quality, operational, financial, and patient experience goals. Minimum Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master's degree (MSN, MHA, MBA, or related field) preferred. Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience in critical care, cardiovascular, and/or procedural services At least two (2) years of progressive nursing leadership experience preferred. Current
