Join Our Senior Living Team in Saratoga County, NY Home of the Good Shepherd provides exceptional assisted living and enhanced assisted living services to residents at our senior living community. As we grow, we are seeking a dedicated, experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse who enjoys leading a team, building relationships with residents and families, and creating an environment where excellent care happens every day. This is a hands-on nursing leadership position working closely with the Administrator, nursing team and Department Heads to oversee resident care, support and educate staff, and maintain NYS Department of Health standards.
