$32•$34 (depending on experience)

Monday•Friday, 3 pm•11 pm Seneca Health Care Center is looking to add an LPN Supervisor to its nursing leadership team. In this role, you'll oversee nursing staff, support quality resident care, and help ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise nursing staff and support the delivery of high-quality resident care Administer medications, treatments, and nursing services in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions, documentation, and communication occur Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional growth and teamwork Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control practices, and facility policies Maintain accurate documentation of resident care, treatments, and clinical outcomes Address clinical concerns, staffing issues, and resident care needs to ensure continuity of care Perform additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred Valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License required Current CPR Certification required Supervisory or leadership experience preferred Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
