Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Unit Manager position at Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care. Our team is dedicated to providing the best quality care for the residents at our community. Minimum starting pay for the position is $36 an hour; pay rate is negotiable based on experience.
Schedule:
This position will work Monday through Friday in a supervisory position assisting the Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing with clinical operations in the community. As part of this supervisory position, you will be a part of the On-Call rotation and may need to assist with oversight of operations on multiple shifts. vaccines Responsibilities Oversee Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans and plans of correction. Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records. Complete necessary audits and additional tasks as assigned by Director of Nursing. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio. Experience in Long Term Care, Behavioral Health or Acute Care preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and staff interaction.
