Clinical Manager, Adolescent Psychiatry Afternoon/Mid-Shift:

12:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Some schedule flexibility required) Make a Difference in Adolescent Mental Health Join Cincinnati Children's as a Clinical Manager and help lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional psychiatric care to adolescents. In this role, you'll support staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment. What You'll Do Lead and Develop Teams Coach, mentor, and support nursing staff and other team members. Promote a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture. Partner with the Clinical Director to achieve department goals and improve patient care. Support staff training, development, and professional growth. Support Quality and Compliance Ensure care is delivered safely and meets regulatory and accreditation standards. Monitor quality outcomes and address areas for improvement. Help implement corrective action plans and performance improvement initiatives. Manage Daily Operations Oversee staffing, workflow, and daily clinical operations. Resolve operational issues and support efficient patient care delivery. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new team members. Identify process improvements that enhance patient and staff experience. Lead Projects and Strategic Initiatives Manage projects that support departmental and organizational goals. Coordinate resources, timelines, and communication plans. Monitor progress and provide updates to key stakeholders. Financial Stewardship Support department productivity and resource management. Assist with budget planning and monitoring. Review financial trends and help identify solutions to operational challenges. Qualifications Required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from ACEN, CCNE or
