Supervise staff providing direct nursing care in accordance with each resident's plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation Oversee and support Nursing Assistants in day‑to‑day clinical duties Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Promote a safe, respectful, and team‑oriented work environment during the overnight shift

Required Qualifications:

Nursing degree from an accredited program Current, active, and unencumbered Ohio LPN or RN license Current CPR certification Minimum of one year of Long‑Term Care experience
