RN Nurse Supervisor - Days (7a-7p) Full-Time | Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living The Villa at Marymount - Garfield Heights, OH We are seeking a dedicated RN Nurse Supervisor to lead our day-shift clinical team at The Villa at Marymount, a renowned skilled nursing and assisted living community in Garfield Heights, Ohio. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in promoting exceptional resident care, guiding staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily clinical activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight and leadership to our 7a-7p nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services Support staff with assessments, care planning, and clinical decision-making, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and upholding resident rights and safety Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality outcomes and resident satisfaction Serve as a resource for residents, families, and staff throughout the day, providing guidance and support as needed Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing your expertise to identify areas for improvement and drive positive change
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Ohio Skilled nursing/long-term care experience required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to foster teamwork and maintain a positive work culture Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing situations Why This Is a
