12 hour shifts Rotating 2 week schedule Week 1 Sun-OFF Mon 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Tues 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Wed OFF Thurs OFF Fri-OFF Sat-7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Week 2 Sun 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Mon OFF Tues OFF Wed 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Thurs-7:00 AM to 7:30

3. Months + Extendable Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs Minimum years of experience: 2 years Pay rate: $60/hr Job Duties in
Order of Importance:
Promotes and restores patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area. Hires, onboards, directs, mentors, develops, and schedules staff, including communicating job expectations and providing performance reviews. Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff to implement patient care. Provides physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families. Meets nursing operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; and identifying system improvements.
Major Worker Characteristics:
Knowledge of professional registered nursing procedures; state & federal regulations, policies & procedures related to nursing; public relations; employee training & development

Employment:
Requires current licensure as registered professional nurse in state of Ohio as issued by Board of Nursing per Section 4723.03 of Ohio Revised Code.
