Executive Director - Nurses encouraged to apply

Chancellor Senior Management (CSM) is searching for talented Executive Director candidates who have strong leadership and exceptional communication skills for our Wyngate Senior Living Community in Lima, Ohio. This position overseas the overall operations of the facility in addition to the growth of its census. The Executive Director leads the charge in providing our customers the best in hospitality, customer service and dignified healthcare in a homelike setting. In addition, this position is responsible for hiring, managing and developing the facilities leadership team. The qualities and experience we are looking for are: Proven successful leadership in an organization (preferably in healthcare) Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast pace environment Have a genuine love of the senior population A disposition that allows them to effectively relate to and communicate with employees, residents, and healthcare professionals alike Bachelors degree from an accredited college, LPN or RN degree or be a licensed therapist, licensed therapy assistant•or in leu of those degrees have at least 1 ½ years as a department manager in an nursing home/assisted living Ability to run all operational aspects of the community Completion of AIT program or 2 years experience in management, healthcare or hospitality management is preferred A true customer first service attitude•seriously.. customer first! We have frequently found these qualities in Nurses, who have been highly successful in this position.
