Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Duties:
- Supervise nurse assistants
- Assess patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and provide ongoing patient assessment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in Ohio
- Experience as a nurse in a healthcare setting is appreciated but not required
