Job Description

O'Neill Healthcare in North Ridgeville currently seeks a Unit Manager to join our team. This position supervises nursing activities on the Long-term unit and works closely with the Administrator and Director of Nursing. The Unit Manager will perform duties directly related to the Facility's management and clinical policies to ensure quality care for the facility's residents. The Unit Manager must demonstrate the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the unit's general operations. Duties include, but are not limited to: Auditing Charts. Assisting new residents transition to post-acute care setting and ensuring completion of admission paperwork. Staff supervision, in-servicing, training, and discipline. Be able to interact positively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals. Qualified candidates must have a valid Ohio Nursing License.
Required experience:
