As a PRN LPN Supervisor at Copeland Oaks, your daily responsibilities will include overseeing nursing staff to ensure compliance with care standards and protocols. You will conduct regular assessments of patient conditions, coordinating with healthcare teams to provide optimal care. Mentoring and supporting CNAs will be a key function, involving hands-on training and guidance as they perform their duties.
