Located in Sebring in northeast Ohio at the crossroads of Mahoning, Columbiana and Stark counties. It's an ideal blend of serene country living with the conveniences of nearby city life. We offer complete independent living with added options ranging from light housekeeping and meals to memory care and skilled nursing assistance to a complete 24/7 onsite medical center.
ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT THIS LPN SUPERVISOR JOB?
As a PRN LPN Supervisor at Copeland Oaks, your daily responsibilities will include overseeing nursing staff to ensure compliance with care standards and protocols. You will conduct regular assessments of patient conditions, coordinating with healthcare teams to provide optimal care. Mentoring and supporting CNAs will be a key function, involving hands-on training and guidance as they perform their duties. Daily documentation of care plans, medication administration, and patient interactions will be required to maintain transparency and quality of care. Additionally, you will address any family or resident concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction within our community. Consistent engagement with residents through activities and conversations will be essential, as will maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both residents and staff.
