Registered Nurse Unit Manager (Full-Time) Join Our Team at The Avenue at Strongsville The Avenue at Strongsville is a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care facility offering a distinctive experience not commonly found in traditional care settings. With a hotel-like atmosphere and all-private suites, our environment is designed to promote comfort, dignity, and healing. We are proud to provide some of the area's highest levels of rehabilitation, nursing, and medical support for individuals transitioning from hospital to home. About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Unit Manager (Full-Time) to lead our nursing team in Strongsville, Ohio. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support. Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, promoting a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction Conduct nursing assessments, develop care plans, and oversee the implementation of care strategies to achieve optimal patient outcomes Collaborate with other departments, including therapy, social services, and dietary, to ensure seamless delivery of care Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall patient experience Conduct rounds, monitor patient progress, and identify areas for improvement Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics as required by state and federal regulations Foster relationships with family members, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care Registered Nurse Unit Manager (Full-Time) will work closely with the Executive Director, Director of Nursing, and other key leaders to achieve facility goals and objectives What We Offer Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience) Benefits package (details to be discussed at interview) Comprehensive training and ongoing support Collaborative and dynamic work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development How to Apply If you are a registered nurse with a passion for patient-centered care and leadership, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
