18840 Falling Water Road Strongsville, OH 44136 RN - Regional Director of Clinical Operations CommuniCare Health Services is currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse, BSN preferred, for the position of Regional Director of Clinical Operations for our facilities located in the Cleveland, OH area . The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in Nursing Consulting and Long Term Care. Experience as a DON is preferred. The Regional Director of Clinical Operations is a key management position whose responsibilities will include: Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care. Visit facilities weekly for intervention, audit and training. Train new nursing management. Job Requirements:
Current RN license, BSN preferred, in the State of Ohio. At least 3 - 5 years experience in Long Term Care and Nursing Consulting Previous DON experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and oversee functions at multiple facilities on a daily basis Ability to travel throughout region Must maintain current CPR certification Qualified Nurses, please submit your resume for confidential consideration.
