$41.00/hour Join Our Team! We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team and provide exceptional care to our residents. This full-time leadership role is ideal for an RN who enjoys mentoring staff, coordinating resident care, and ensuring quality clinical outcomes. Responsibilities Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily nursing operations. Coordinate resident assessments and care plans. Administer medications and treatments as needed. Monitor resident conditions and communicate with physicians and families. Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. Assist with staffing, staff development, and quality improvement. Participate in physician rounds, care conferences, and required training.

Qualifications Required:

Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of Ohio Current CPR certification

Preferred:
