Unlike many traditional clinic RN or medspa positions, the RPM is the designated program leader—not support staff. This role combines patient education, procedural support, care coordination, and program management responsibilities. The RPM works closely with patients, physicians, and the ReLift national support team to ensure a consistent, high-quality patient experience while supporting the growth and success of the local ReLift program. While the physician performs the procedure, the RPM coordinates the operational, patient communication, scheduling, and workflow components that contribute to successful outcomes. The RPM serves as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their ReLift experience and plays a key role in maintaining the standards and reputation of the ReLift brand. The RPM is expected to become the subject matter expert for the ReLift program within the local practice and to serve as the program champion, helping ensure operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and long-term territory success, both clinically and on the business front. This role was created to bridge patient care, communication, sales conversion, surgical coordination, and post- operative continuity into one seamless experience. Not in the traditional sense. The RPM is first and foremost a clinical leader, patient advocate, and program manager. However, because ReLift procedures are elective healthcare services, the role does include consultative sales responsibilities. RPMs educate patients, answer questions, address concerns, and help individuals make informed decisions about treatment. Success comes from building trust and guiding patients through the decision-making process—not from high-pressure sales tactics. Performance expectations include contributing to patient satisfaction, program growth, and procedure volume goals. Will I still use my nursing license and clinical skills? Absolutely. This is a clinical leadership role. RPMs support procedures, perform ReStore treatments following certification, manage patient care coordination, provide education, and apply clinical judgment every day within the nursing scope of practice. What makes the RPM role different from a traditional nursing position? The RPM role combines clinical nursing skills, patient education, care coordination, operational leadership, and program management. Rather than focusing on a single department or task, the RPM helps oversee the entire patient journey and serves as the local leader of the ReLift program within the practice. The result is a role that offers greater variety, autonomy, influence, and professional growth than many traditional nursing positions. What if I don't have aesthetic experience? That's completely acceptable. ReLiftMD hires for professionalism, communication skills, leadership potential, and clinical confidence. Technical and procedural training is provided through a comprehensive onboarding program. What does the performance-based compensation look like? RPMs receive a competitive base salary along with opportunities for performance-based incentives tied to program success, patient satisfaction, and operational outcomes. Compensation structures are discussed in detail during the interview process. Will the physician respect this role? Yes. The RPM role was specifically designed in collaboration with physicians and is a central part of the ReLiftMD operating model. The RPM serves as the operational leader of the ReLift program within the practice, helping coordinate patient care, manage workflow, support patient education, and ensure a consistent, high-quality patient experience. This allows the physician to focus on clinical care and procedures while knowing that the program's day-to-day operations are being effectively managed. RPMs are expected to contribute to both clinical and operational discussions related to the ReLift program, and successful physician partners view the RPM as a trusted colleague and an important contributor to the growth and success of the practice. Exactly who do I work for? You will be an employee of ReLiftMD, the national management services organization (MSO). Your paycheck, training, performance coaching, benefits, and career development will all come through ReLiftMD and our national operations team. Day-to-day, however, you will work inside a local physician practice, collaborating closely with the physician and clinic staff as the leader of the ReLift program within that location. ReLiftMD oversees business operations, training, marketing, workflow systems, and patient experience, while the physician retains full authority over medical decisions, patient care, and all matters related to the practice of medicine. This distinction is important for compliance purposes, as ReLiftMD does not practice medicine. You will receive comprehensive training on how this relationship works in practice, along with clear guidance regarding roles, responsibilities, communication pathways, and compliance expectations. What are the long-term growth opportunities? As ReLift expands nationally, RPMs may advance into regional training, mentoring, leadership, onboarding, and operational support roles. The organization is committed to developing internal talent whenever possible. How will this experience look on my résumé? The RPM role provides experience in clinical leadership, patient education, healthcare operations, program management, aesthetics, and care coordination. These skills are highly transferable and valuable across a wide range of healthcare leadership and management opportunities. Regulatory compliance ReLiftMD maintains strict adherence to all applicable nursing practice standards, state regulations, HIPAA requirements, OSHA requirements, and applicable healthcare laws. All clinical duties are performed within the scope of the individual's professional licensure and training. Equal opportunity employer ReLiftMD is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
