Weekend RN Supervisor Job Summary:
As a Weekend RN Supervisor at Ardmore Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare , you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supervision on our weekend shifts. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals recover, regain strength, and improve their quality of life. As a leader, you will oversee the care of our residents, ensure quality patient outcomes, and promote a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the care of residents on weekend shifts, ensuring that patient needs are met and care is delivered in accordance with facility policies and procedures Develop and implement effective care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, to achieve optimal patient outcomes Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed Lead and mentor other nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care Collaborate with all departments, including therapy, dining, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless resident care Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including performance improvement projects and quality assurance activities Maintain accurate and detailed records, including patient charts and facility documentation

Requirements:
