•Night Shift $65/hour Inspire Specialty Hospital - 2.9 Midwest City, OK Job Details Full-time | Contract $65 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Hospital medicine RN License BLS Certification English ACLS Certification Medical-surgical Acute care experience Full Job Description Inspire Specialty Hospital is a 31-bed Long Term Acute Care Hospital. We are looking for qualified RN's for our night shift working12-hour, fast paced shifts caring for a variety of patient types. Our patio type ranges from ICU level ventilator patients to high acuity medical surgical patients. This is a 12 week contract. Must be able to start within 3-5 days of job offer. The primary responsibility of the Registered Nurse is to provide nursing oversight and management for medically complex patients, participate in patient and family teaching, and provide leadership by working cooperatively within ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the long term acute care setting. Qualifications and Education Background Current Acute Care/Hospital Experience Recent ICU or Step-Down Experience preferred Licensure, Registration, Certification A current RN License in good standing for the State of Oklahoma is required. BLS is required. ACLS is preferred. Insurance Must provide current malpractice insurance Special Training/Skills Able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients Physical Abilities Must be able to safely maneuver patients and supplies. Must be able to handle a fluctuating workload. This job quires ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written) with all stakeholders (providers, caregivers, patients, family members) for the effective treatment of patients.

Heavy In an 12-hour workday, must be able to- Lift / Carry 50 to 100 pounds occasionally 25 to 50 pounds frequently 10 to 20 pounds constantly As required, must be able to -Sit, Stand, Walk, Bend, Squat, Kneel, Crawl, Climb and Reach above shoulders Push and Pull Perform fine motor functions Must possess functional vision, hearing, and speech in order to communicate effectively with clients, client advocates, and staff.
