We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN or RN to join our Night Shift team at Colonial Manor, a leading provider of exceptional patient care in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient, in collaboration with the healthcare team Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse or Physicians Assist with resident transfers, ambulations, and bedside care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:
