Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma.Responsibilities:
The Clinical Coordinator RN coordinates clinical, operational, and quality activities that support patient care services and organizational objectives. The position serves as a liaison among patients, providers, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate effective care coordination, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives. This role provides clinical expertise, supports program development, and monitors outcomes to promote high-quality patient care. The Clinical Coordinator RN contributes to operational excellence through collaboration, education, and continuous improvement activities.Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. 2+ years of clinical nursing experience.Preferred Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Experience in program coordination, case management, quality improvement, or clinical operations. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.Benefits
