Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute. Leads a high-volume Endoscopy department encompassing 25 to 30 FTEs, five procedure rooms, and pre/post-op servicesResponsibilities:
The nurse manager will promote the mission and values of the organization and be an active advocate of providing quality patient care, excellent customer service and efficient health care. As a member of the management team, the nurse manager will be involved in system planning, budgeting, manpower planning and program development in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing Current RN license or current license deemed acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient carePreferred Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years' clinical nursing experience in area of specialty Certification in clinical specialty #LI-AG1Benefits
