PTO Great work environment 4,000 Sign-On Bonus Available RN Supervsior As an RN SUPERVISOR, the expectations would be: Completion of nursing assessments, transfers, discharges, treatment plans, progress notes, medication reconciliation, medication administration, and vitals. Conveys accurate information in a supportive and courteous manner to the unit nursing staff Seeks out supervision and direction from a physician. Assist the medical doctor as needed Attend and actively participate in departmental staff meetings. Maintain confidentiality and proper boundaries. Orientation of new employees to unit-specific policies and procedures Must have Knowledge of HIPAA laws, confidentiality, state licensing regulations, CPR, AED, and First Aid. Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff Support to the Director of Nursing and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned

Qualifications:
