Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wellness Director to oversee our caregiving staff, ensure compliance with personal care home regulations, and provide nursing leadership to promote a healthy environment for our community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare management and nursing leadership, with a commitment to fostering wellness and quality personal care. Duties Manage healthcare operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. Provide nursing leadership by supervising clinical staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies and healthcare standards. Maintain accurate resident records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA and confidentiality requiements. Manage staffing schedules Provide training, coaching and performance management for caregiving team members Participate in resident admissions, assessments, and support plan reviews Requirements Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) preferred; equivalent experience in Personal Care, Assisted Living or senior care leadership may be considered. Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience demonstrating the ability to supervise clinical staff effectively in a Personal Care Home, Assisted Living, or healthcare setting.. Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements and regulatory standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to develop strategic wellness programs that meet diverse community needs. Pay:
