Supervise and mentor nursing staff during weekend shifts Deliver clinical oversight and maintain high standards of resident care Monitor residents closely and respond promptly to changes in condition Ensure accurate and timely completion of medications, treatments, documentation, and care plans Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team Promote full compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and Pennsylvania regulations Coordinate staffing needs and address clinical concerns as they arise Serve as a trusted clinical resource and positive leader for the nursing team What we're looking for Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or supervisory experience preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills Compassionate, dependable, and deeply committed to exceptional resident care Ability to work independently while effectively leading and supporting a team Ready to lead with purpose?
