Role:

As a Registered Nurse Dementia Unit Manager, you will be responsible for: Providing hands-on care to our residents with dementia, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information Leading and managing a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality care is being delivered Developing and implementing individualized care plans for each resident Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintaining accurate records and reports Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
