RN - Supervisor Position Summary We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and coordinate safe, high-quality patient care. The RN Supervisor will support daily clinical operations, provide leadership to the nursing team, and ensure compliance with patient-care standards. Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts. Coordinate daily nursing activities and patient-care assignments. Monitor patient care and respond to changes in patient condition. Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff. Ensure medications, treatments, and nursing procedures are performed safely. Address patient and staff concerns and escalate issues as needed. Maintain accurate patient and nursing documentation. Monitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling and coverage. Promote infection control, safety, and quality standards. Collaborate with physicians, management, and other healthcare professionals. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Previous nursing experience with supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
