Freedom Village at Brandywine i s currently hiring a part-time RN Supervisor for weekend coverage for our Skilled Nursing Facility.
Position:
Registered Nurse (RN)
Supervisor Salary:
Starting at $40-45/hr, plus $6/hr shift differential for all weekend shifts! •Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it is dependent on skills and experience.
Location:
35 Freedom Village Blvd, West Brandywine, Pa 19320. In Person

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) is responsible for the overall nursing care/service, and management of all personnel on his/her shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls, as indicated. YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL
… Supervise direct care of residents and nursing personnel on your shift. Administer direct care as necessary. Give and receive shift reports. Round and assure that proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment. Keep physicians and families aware of changes in resident's condition. Assist in developing comprehensive care plans Maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident Maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered. Respond to resident emergency call system. Interface with other disciplines to assure continuity of care and services. Accompanies physicians when making rounds. Encourage restorative care in order to obtain maximum resident independence
WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE YOU
… Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. RN with a current license in Pennsylvania. At least 1 year experience in geriatric nursing Long Term Care (LTC) a plus. Supervisory experience required. Basic computer proficiency. Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression. Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
