Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RN UM) to oversee nursing operations and coordinate quality patient care in a Long-Term Care setting. The RN Unit Manager will provide clinical leadership, supervise nursing staff, and ensure compliance with facility standards and patient-care requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursing operations and coordinate patient care. Supervise, support, and provide direction to nursing staff. Monitor patient care and maintain quality and safety standards. Develop, implement, and update patient care plans. Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor documentation and maintain accurate patient records. Assist with staff orientation, training, and performance oversight. Provide strong clinical leadership and support to the nursing team.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of RN experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing required . Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program. Active RN License required . Current CPR/BLS certification required . Previous leadership, supervisory, or Unit Manager experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
