Day Shift Hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Guaranteed Hours:

40 hours per week

Compensation Pay Range:

$65 - $70 per hour Guaranteed 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities Oversee daily nursing operations and unit workflows Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Coordinate staffing schedules and on-call coverage Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Monitor patient care, documentation, and outcomes Act as a clinical leader and resource for nursing staff Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families Qualifications Active RN License (State or Compact) Previous experience as RN Unit Manager / Charge Nurse / Nursing Supervisor preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work on-call and manage unit operations #HC1
