Comprehensive Medical Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to fulfill the Full Time Clinical Supervisor position. Minimum 2 years experience in Home Health required. This RN would work along-side the Director of Nursing to ensure patient care is met to the highest standard while meeting all State , Federal and Joint Commission requirements. Daily tasks would be reviewing report from clinical field staff, review documentation for accuracy and completeness, receiving referral information and processing, receive Physician orders and process, review labs, receive calls from patients and staff. You would be managing a team of nurses in a geographic area.
