Requires a nursing degree, active RN license, and at least one year of supervisory experience. Must demonstrate leadership, decision-making, communication skills, and knowledge of healthcare laws and practices. Physical and sensory abilities are necessary to perform job tasks, including lifting and responding to emergency situations. In-person work with a focus on ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
