Job Description

Exciting opportunity for an RN Supervisor located at 2600 Belmont Ave, Philadelphia, PA.
Your Impact:
Utilize nursing skills to develop and implement personalized care plans ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care. Supervise clinical staff, oversee daily operations, and lead initiatives to improve nursing practices. Perform assessments, manage care transitions, and support interdisciplinary team interventions. Mentor staff, develop performance improvement plans, and ensure person-centered care. Maintain documentation, handle emergencies, and coordinate with providers.
Qualifications:
Active PA RN license, BSN degree, current CPR/BLS, with preferred wound care and infusion therapy certifications. Minimum 3 years long-term care management and 2 years acute care experience. Join a dedicated team making a meaningful difference.
Pay rate:
