Weekly direct deposit AMX Healthcare is hiring an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse Supervisor for an evening-shift contract opportunity in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting in Grove City, Pennsylvania. This role combines clinical oversight, staff support, and resident-care coordination. The RN Supervisor will help guide the nursing team, address clinical concerns, and promote safe, organized care throughout the evening shift. Candidates should be comfortable providing hands-on nursing assistance when resident needs require it. Available Schedule

• Evening shift: 2:00 p.m
• 10:30 p.m.
• Weekly scheduling and any weekend requirements will be discussed during the recruitment process. Responsibilities
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to nursing and direct-care staff during the assigned shift.
• Review resident needs and help coordinate nursing assignments and care priorities.
• Assess residents experiencing changes in condition and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Communicate with providers, families, and nursing leadership regarding significant clinical concerns.
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and resident-safety issues.
• Support staff with clinical questions, care delivery, and appropriate escalation of concerns.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, hospital returns, and transitions of care.
• Review documentation and follow up on outstanding orders, treatments, and care needs.
• Monitor adherence to infection-control, medication-management, and safety procedures.
• Provide direct nursing support when necessary.
• Deliver a thorough shift report to promote continuity of care. Requirements
• Active RN license valid for practice in Pennsylvania.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred.
• Previous RN supervisor, charge nurse, or nursing leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, delegation, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain organized and exercise sound nursing judgment.
• Dependable attendance and availability for the evening schedule.
• Ability to complete required onboarding, credentialing, and health-clearance requirements. What We Offer
