Job Description

Description The RN Practice Manager is responsible for operational, clinical, and personnel oversight of one or more physician specialty practices, ambulatory clinic locations, or service lines. Assigned areas may include a single specialty clinic, multiple specialty clinics, or multiple geographic practice locations based on organizational needs. The RN Practice Manager provides leadership, direction, and oversight for assigned physician specialty practices and ambulatory clinic locations. Responsibilities include management of clinical operations, patient care delivery, staffing, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and patient experience initiatives. The RN Practice Manager collaborates with providers, administrative leadership, and support departments to ensure efficient operations and the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Minimum Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required.\ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; healthcare administration or management experience strongly preferred. Minimum three (3) years of clinical nursing experience required. Minimum one (1) year of leadership, supervisory, charge nurse, or practice management experience preferred. Knowledge of ambulatory practice operations, regulatory standards, quality improvement, and patient care delivery. Proficiency in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications. Requires 1 year prior physician office management experience preferred; preferably in designated specialty Microsoft office experience including proficiency in Excel Professional billing experience and/or education preferred
