•Concordia at Arbutus Park is looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide high quality care to their residents. Documented experience is recognized with rate, vacation/sick accrual, and benefits.

•As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor , you will have the ability to provide high quality care for residence here at Concordia. Qualifications of a

RN Supervisor:

Dedicated to providing high quality care Caring and compassionate Graduate of an approved school of nursing Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse Demonstration of leadership ability Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Works wells with people Duties and Responsibilities of a

RN Supervisor:

. Completes daily rounds and in-house inspections of the skilled nursing units to assure that quality nursing care is being provided. Rounds include getting daily report, monitoring resident care, making sure care is being provided on time, seeing that call bells are being answered, completing other monitors assigned by supervisor, reviewing chart documentation, etc. Serves as a resource for the nursing staff in problem identification, correction, and follow through, health care emergencies, etc. Collaborates with other supervisors as needed. Assists with admission assessments and completion of the initial patient/resident plan of care. Makes sure that there is adequate staffing available to cover resident care, replacing call-offs as needed. Assists with direct resident care, assists unit nurses, and functions as charge nurse in his/her absence when necessary. Communicates to the Director of Nursing, the Department of Health, other department managers, physicians, residents, and staff as needed. Commits to high ethical standards and complies with the code of conduct, state and federal regulations, accreditation standards and Concordia policies and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of resident and employee records and information. Has a duty to report to compliance concerns, significant legal risk questions, fraud, abuse, suspected or actual misconduct to a supervisor/manager or to the Corporate Compliance Officer.
