RN Weekend Supervisor Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nursing staff on weekends, providing guidance and support as needed Ensure that patient care is delivered in accordance with our center's policies and procedures Develop and implement effective plans of care for our patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and coach staff to improve their skills and knowledge Collaborate with corporate and facility leadership to develop and implement changes to improve patient outcomes and overall center operations Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures About the

Requirements:

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania Minimum 1 years of experience as a RN, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting Ability to work weekends, as scheduled Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Familiarity with medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care a plus
