Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Nurse Manager, where you will lead and coordinate nursing services to ensure exceptional patient care and operational excellence. As a Nurse Manager, you will oversee nursing staff, manage patient care standards, and ensure adherence to health regulations, all while inspiring your team to deliver their best every day. Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment Oversee patient care activities, ensuring compliance with medical protocols and quality standards Develop and implement policies aligned with health regulation policies and best practices Manage medical documentation accurately within Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, ensuring HIPAA compliance Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive acute care services tailored to patient needs Monitor and evaluate clinical performance metrics to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency Skills Extensive nursing experience with a strong background family care settings Proven leadership skills in nursing management or supervisory roles Deep knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology for accurate patient assessment and documentation Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems and medical records management Familiarity with health regulation policies, HIPAA compliance, and medical documentation standards Certifications in CPR, First Aid, BLS, and relevant healthcare safety protocols Ability to interpret medical records accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals VFC training Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise in nursing leadership makes a real difference. Pay:
$25.00 - $29.00 per hour
