Newly-licensed Brethren Village RN's earn a base rate of $41.00, with higher rates for experienced RN's. RN's are also eligible for generous shift differentials ($3.00 extra per hour on the evening shift, $2.00 extra per hour on the night shift, plus $1.00 extra per hour on weekends). Full-time and flexible part-time opportunities for Registered Nurses are typically available on all shifts. Our RN's work cooperatively with CNA's, LPN's, RN Clinical Care Coordinators, and the Directors of Nursing to monitor health status and provide direct patient care. Typical Work Schedules Full-time, benefits-eligible, 37.5 to 40 hours per week: 8-hour and 12-hour per day schedules are typically available on all shifts; work days will vary a bit from week to week and typically include periodic weekends and every other holiday; some Monday through Friday schedules are available
