Brethren Village Retirement Community, in Lititz, PA, is seeking qualified RN Supervisors / RN Clinical Care Coordinators for our 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and 20-bed Short Term Rehabilitation Center. Brethren Village's RN Care Coordinators are eligible for competitive pay rates and generous shift differentials ($3.00 extra per hour on the evening shift, $2.00 extra per hour on the night shift, plus $1.00 extra per hour on weekends), plus an overtime premium if working over 40 hours in a week. The RN Clinical Care Coordinator works collaboratively with other RN's, LPN's, CNA's, the Director of Nursing, and physicians to monitor and manage Residents' care needs; update Residents' plans of care; provide leadership, oversight, and guidance for assigned staff; and provide direct patient care when needed. Brethren Village RN Care Coordinators have the opportunity to establish supportive relationships with our Residents; receive on-going clinical skills training; and receive mentoring and guidance from the Director of Nursing and other clinical leaders. These are great professional development opportunities for qualified RN's. Current Available Work Schedules Full-time, benefits-eligible, 37.5 to 40 hours per week: 6:45 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; occasional weekend work may be required (Skilled Nursing Facility)
Part-time:
10:45 a.m. - 11:00 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays (Skilled Nursing Facility) or 10:45 p.m. - 7:00 a.m., Tuesdays and Fridays (Short Term Rehab. Center)
