RN SUPERVISOR - OVERNIGHT SHIFT
Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. Full-Time | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and support to our nursing team while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff during the overnight shift. Oversee resident care and ensure services are provided according to individualized care plans, facility policies, and regulatory requirements. Monitor medication administration, resident assessments, treatments, and overall resident safety. Support nurses and CNAs in addressing resident needs and clinical concerns. Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and clinical emergencies. Communicate and collaborate with physicians, providers, nursing staff, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Serve as a leadership resource and point of contact for staff, residents, families, and administration. Promote teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and respectful communication among staff. Help ensure the nursing department maintains high standards of quality and resident-centered care.
Qualifications:
Current Pennsylvania RN license required Previous supervisory or nursing leadership experience preferred Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
