What You'll Do:

Supervise and support nursing staff during your assigned shift Provide clinical guidance and leadership to the nursing team Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations Assist with admissions, discharges and resident assessments Respond to clinical issues and make appropriate decisions Communicate with physicians, families and interdisciplinary team members Monitor changes in resident condition and ensure appropriate follow-up Complete required documentation accurately and timely Support staffing needs and address issues that arise during the shift

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
