• Full-time CATCH, Inc. is hiring a Program Manager for our Crisis Residence in Philadelphia.

This is a combined position:

the Program Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the residence and serves as the registered nurse on the unit. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation of the program and supervise unit staff, including Psych Techs. Evaluate and assess clients for admission, and complete intake assessments for new admissions. Provide nursing care, including vital signs, symptom assessment, and medication administration records. Manage medical and medication goals within clients' treatment plans, and serve as liaison with physicians. Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention. Conduct concurrent reviews with CBH and complete all required documentation. Link clients with social service, housing, and health resources. Participate in on-call coverage. Requirements Current Pennsylvania R.N. license. Master's degree in a Human Services-related field. Two to four years of psychiatric crisis experience. Experience working with chronically mentally ill adults, preferably in a residential setting. Acceptable PA criminal history, FBI clearance, and Child Abuse clearance prior to hire. Schedule and Compensation Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with on-call coverage.

Salary:

$105,000 to $110,000.
