Join our team as a Nurse Supervisor, providing leadership in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serve as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during shifts or on specific units. Manage staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Provide direct patient care when needed and build meaningful relationships to support recovery. Ensure seamless care delivery and uphold compassionate, tailored care standards. Foster a team-driven environment focused on professional growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Current RN licensure per state requirements. BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience. Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead role, responsible for staff and patient results.
