REQUIREMENTS

Must be fully licensed as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in RN work Current CPR certification Excellent communication skills Some supervisory experience preferred, but not required Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless resident care Provide direct resident care, including assessment, treatment, and medications Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions Complete accurate charting and documentation in progress notes Inform the appropriate position/personnel of any changes and secure follow-up care as necessary Work in coordination with nursing administration and staff Provide leadership and support to the nursing team during the night shift Come make a difference in the lives of our residents while being part of a supportive nursing team!
