AS A HOME HEALTH SUPERVISOR

, you will provide overall management, coordination and supervision of clinical services with their respective teams. You will work to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of clinical services by ensuring staff accountability, productivity, capacity, competency, compliance with regulations, company policies and procedures, orientation and training, OASIS accuracy, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Be a Registered Nurse with a valid and active PA Nursing License
• 1-3 years of Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred
• Prior management experience preferred
• Working knowledge or OASIS and Home Health Regulations
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Valid drivers' license and proof of valid insurance
