You will work closely with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate resident care according to physician orders and individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments according to facility policies and procedures Complete resident rounds and address clinical or operational concerns Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs Assist nursing staff with resident care as needed Complete required documentation and reports Assist with interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, and orientation Participate in quality improvement initiatives Address employee health directives related to work-related injuries Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable regulations Promote a professional, respectful, and team-oriented environment Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current, valid RN license in Pennsylvania Current CPR certification Long-term care experience preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Why Patriot Village?
